1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Membership of The Wardrobe Diet™ Programme is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These may be subject to change and we will notify you of any changes by email.

2. Application for The Wardrobe Diet™ Programme

Any person who is female

Application is made online where your application will be processed.

Submitting such application you are deemed to have accepted such terms and conditions.

3. The Wardrobe Diet™ Membership

Details of the membership programme can be found on the website and can be subject to change. Such changes will be notified on our website.

4. Membership Payments

Payments are paid in full or by four monthly payments through PayPal, at outset of joining. Payments are due on the date of signing up for the following four month period.

Please give one months’ notice, if you wish to leave the programme, and if payments are cancelled before the full term is made please note that invoices will be sent for the balance of the fees.

6. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your Wardrobe Diet™ Programme membership, please contact us by email to gay@stylemeconfident.co.uk, and give one months’ notice.

Fees are non-refundable.

7. Views Expressed

All advice given or views expressed within The Wardrobe Diet™ Programme are the personal or professional views of Style Me Confident Limited and do not represent the views or opinions of any other person or organization.

8. Data Protection and Intellectual Property

We will respect the information you give us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep your data accurate and up to date. We will use your data to administer your membership and it will not be forwarded to a third party.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the English law and all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
